FREE Shipping:

Free shipping is available for most orders over $25 when delivered to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Orders under $25, special orders, and oversized/overweight products do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is not available for orders under $25, special orders, or for oversized/overweight items.

For orders under $25, a flat rate will be charged.

For other orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the best carrier and method for shipping will be determined based on the item size, weight, shipping destination and cost of shipping.

Shipping charges are added to the merchandise purchase amount for payment using your selected payment method.

Where We Ship:

We currently ship to any destination within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We will ship to the shipping address given at checkout.

We are not currently shipping internationally.

Delivery Times:

In general, most orders shipped via standard shipping will arrive in just 2 - 5 business days.

If you do not receive your order after 5 days, Contact Us for assistance.

Package Tracking:

We will provide the tracking number for the carrier used when your order ships.

Shipping Carriers:

City Music utilizes the services of the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Most orders will qualify for free shipping and will arrive from one of the above-mentioned carriers.

For all other orders, shipping costs are evaluated, and the best carrier and method for shipping will be determined based on the item size, weight, shipping destination and cost of shipping.
