City Music is always on the lookout for new and exciting gear, and we take pride in offering top-rated, high-quality products at incredible prices!

On this website, we sell primarily New, but also some Used Gear.

Note that New instruments might not always be in the original box, but they are new. Instrument boxes are opened, and the instruments are inspected before being shipped to you. This is to ensure they meet our quality standards before they are shipped. This sometimes results in repackaging instruments into a different box for shipping.

California Proposition 65 Information:

California Proposition 65 is a law passed in 1986 requiring businesses to provide warnings to Californians about possible exposure to a list of approximately 900 chemicals that can cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if a person is continuously exposed.

Many manufacturers are including these warnings on their products in order to comply with this law, regardless of where the product is sold, and even if their products contain very small amounts of any of these chemicals.

The law was originally put in place to protect California’s drinking water. To learn more, see the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
