City Music offers a variety of band instrument lessons given by professional players. All ages are welcome! Whether you are picking up an old hobby, or trying the instrument you always wanted to play, our teachers will help you reach your goal. Is your child playing in school band? Denise Dayton, M.Ed., M.S., is an experienced educator who has taught students from pre-school age to adult. She has studied with Scott Mullett, Michael Zsoldos, and Charles Langford (saxophone), Paul Surapine (clarinet), and James Hill, Jim Beloff, Stu Fuchs, and Christopher Davis-Shannon (ukulele), among others. She works with students of various ages and abilities and particularly welcomes beginners just starting on their musical journey!
